GoClean MY provides professional deep cleaning services as detailed on our website. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any service request at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed upon quotation. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. 3-Day Touch-Up Guarantee
We offer a 3-day touch-up guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning results, please contact us within 3 days of the service date. We will arrange to return and address the specific areas of concern at no extra charge. This guarantee does not cover new stains or damage that occurred after our service was completed.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take utmost care in our work, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your property. Our liability for any damage caused by our team is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for damage due to improper installation of any item, or from any cleaning solution requested by the client against our professional recommendation.
7. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time, as well as providing access to water and electricity. It is the client's responsibility to secure or remove any fragile or valuable items prior to our arrival.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
